Emotional Resilience is the capacity to stay centered in tough times by regulating your emotions daily. This class covers various techniques like breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to enhance your Emotional Resilience.

MASTERING COMMUNICATION

This virtual meetup is the perfect opportunity for you to practice your communication skills. You will learn how to refine different scripts so you can develop your skills at being seen and heard that you use in your daily life. Come with a script or just observe!

Sharing circles offer a safe and accepting environment for you to explore your feelings about anything you are going through. This is your opportunity to connect with others in a supportive group. Sharing circles will take place after some of our Q&A webinars.

This weekly routine breaks out into small groups and provides a positive, reflective environment where we express gratitude, mindfully plan our days, and explore questions related to PDS material. Agenda emailed beforehand.

Need help with workbook exercises or course questions? This is your place to come in and ask our host (Joanna) any questions you may have or challenges you may be facing when trying to complete the course. We will also host during this session breakout rooms where students can come in and work on the courses together in a break out setting.
