Harassment Policy & Reporting

At The Personal Development School, we are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all students, staff, and community members. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any individual who engages in harassment from our programs, community spaces, or events immediately and without refund, in accordance with the Terms of Use that you have accepted prior to accessing our programs, community spaces, and events.

We believe that everyone deserves to learn and grow in an environment free from intimidation, abuse, or harm. Our priority is protecting the safety and well-being of our members, and we take all reports seriously.

What Constitutes Harassment?

Harassment includes communications or actions that are or comprise of (but is not limited to):

• Verbal abuse: insulting, threatening, or demeaning language.
• Bullying or intimidation: repeated or targeted behavior meant to cause harm, fear, or distress.
• Unwanted contact: stalking, persistent messaging, or boundary violations (online or in person).
• Discrimination: offensive comments or behavior targeting someone’s race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected characteristic.
• Sexual harassment: unwelcome sexual advances, comments, or conduct.
• Disruption of community spaces: intentionally disturbing or sabotaging learning environments.

Importantly, if harassment occurs outside of The Personal Development School, but the individual gained access to a member’s personal information through our community (for example, by collecting emails, names, or contact details from within the school), we still reserve the right to remove that individual without refund. We may also take further protective action to safeguard our members and uphold the integrity of our community.
